Join our dynamic healthcare team as a  Unit Manager (LPN or RN) , where you will lead and coordinate nursing operations in a  patient-centered environment . This vital role combines clinical expertise with leadership skills to ensure exceptional patient care, compliance with healthcare standards, and efficient unit management. As a Unit Manager , you will oversee daily nursing activities, supervise staff, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote a safe, compassionate, and effective care environment. Your energy and dedication will directly impact the well-being of diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care aligned with clinical protocols and organizational policies
• Oversee patient assessments, vital signs monitoring, and medical documentation to maintain accurate health records in electronic health record (EHR)- PCC.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary team efforts for discharge planning, medication administration, and other nursing duties.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control standards to protect patient confidentiality and safety.
• Conduct regular audits of medical records, laboratory results, and diagnostic evaluations to support quality assurance initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians and specialists to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• Valid Florida LPN or RN license in good standing; additional certifications active.
• Proven experience in acute care, emergency medicine, hospital settings, or long-term care environments such as nursing homes or assisted living facilities.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising healthcare teams and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for patient assessments, team coordination, and family interactions.
