Picture starting your shift with a safety huddle, then moving through the plant to inspect presses, pneumatic circuits, and hydraulic power units. You trace a pressure drop to a worn seal, fabricate a bracket to secure a sensor, lay a clean weld, and knock out scheduled PMs before a line restart. When a new request comes in, you roll up your sleeves and get it done while keeping safety front and center.

• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Fabricate parts and guards; perform welding, torch cutting, and light carpentry
• Execute preventive maintenance according to schedule and document work
• Champion safe work practices and contribute to a safe, orderly shop
• Take on additional duties as assigned to support production uptime

• Starting pay: $34.20 per hour during 1st shift training for 90 days, 7:00AM–3:00PM
• Shift differentials: $2.00 per hour for weekday nights; $2.50 per hour for weekend nights
• Training hours: Train Monday–Friday; 7:00AM–3:00PM
• Overtime: As deemed necessary
• Flexible schedule needed: Weekday nights, 7PM–7AM (3 days one week and 4 days the next); Weekend nights, 7PM–7AM (3 days one week and 4 days the next)

• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Clear communication and sound decision making
• Ability to operate a variety of machines and shop tools
• Physical capability to stand, bend, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
