Corrections Reentry & Rehabilitation Specialist

Franklin County Sheriff's Office is seeking a Corrections Social Work professional to support the Division’s SIM approach. You will assess incarcerated individuals, develop treatment plans, and facilitate rehabilitative programs to promote reintegration into society. You will coordinate with community agencies, document social histories, and attend ongoing trainings to apply evidence-based practices in corrections and reentry.
