Review and confirm all scheduled appointments for the current business day, rescheduling as needed and completing daily outbound call activities. Clearly and confidently explain complex financial products in terms customers can easily understand. Address customer concerns with empathy and efficiency, offering timely solutions related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing inquiries. Build trust and rapport with both customers and team members through consistent, respectful communication. Accurately document customer interactions and concerns, track resolution progress, and proactively identify opportunities to upsell relevant products and services. Gain a thorough understanding of the automotive manufacturer’s standards for customer satisfaction and apply them in daily interactions. Candidate Qualifications: Licensing & Experience Holds active and in‑good‑standing Insurance Agent and Broker licenses Minimum one year of Auto Insurance sales experience At least one year of prior customer‑facing or telephone‑based service experience Skills & Attributes Strong negotiation abilities with a proven track record of influencing outcomes Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Demonstrates professionalism through reliable presence and business‑appropriate attire Empathetic listener who understands the value of customer connection High‑performing, self‑motivated work ethic suited to fast‑paced, results‑driven environments Committed to delivering outstanding customer service by building trust, showcasing expertise, and driving satisfaction Friendly, enthusiastic, and dependable with a positive, team‑oriented mindset Receptive to constructive feedback and focused on continuous improvement Operational Readiness Flexible scheduling availability, including weekends and holidays Proficient in multitasking and computer systems, including Microsoft Office Maintains a clean, organized, and detail‑oriented workspace Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred) The job descriptions and responsibilities above will be required but not limited to any other job‑related duties assigned by their supervisor.
