Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Key Responsibilities
- Double check incoming paperwork for accuracy.
- Answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments for trucks.
- Organization of Shipping/Receiving documentation and paper flow
- Assist with data entry (Shipping/Receiving)
- Other duties as assigned by Management and Leads
- High school diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of prior administrative (shipping and receiving tasks) experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Computer skills - working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel & Outlook
- Prior experience working with an ERP, SAP/Ross knowledge preferred
- 10-key by touch
- Ability to type 40 words per minute.
- Excellent task management and time management skills
- High level of personal initiative, action and results oriented
- Strong analytical ability; skilled problem-solver
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships at all levels
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to prioritize and follow-through to achieve results
- Ability to multitask with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to sit at a desk for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to work in an area where temperatures fluctuate.
- Manufacturing environment - Conditions can be hot, cold and wet
- Must be willing to work weekends and or holidays
