We are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated Activity Director with experience working with seniors in our Assisted Living and Memory Care Community!

Schedule:  Full Time

Salary: $62,500-$63,500 annually  – based on experience

Activities Director Responsibilities:

• Manages all aspects of the Activity Program

• Supervise, develop, and schedule all activity staff to include drivers and activity assistants according to PSL policies, procedures, and standards

• Responsible for ordering and maintaining adequate Activity department supplies

• Ensure that activity rooms/areas are prepared for daily activity programming

• Manages the PSL Discovery Tool (Social History and Assessment), including completing monthly activity calendar, and all move in actions related to activities for all residents

Activities Director Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Thereaputic Recreation or related field with one-year related experience and/or training preferred  OR

• Associate degree in Thereaputic Recreation or related field with related work experience  OR

• 3-5 years full-time experience working with adult recreation
