Construction Lead Job Details
Schedule : Monday-Friday (Schedule may vary based on project needs)
Pay Rate: $75,000/year (Based on Experience)
Location : Wilder, KY
Construction Lead Requirements/Qualifications
- Several years of construction industry experience required
- Strong understanding of construction methods, tools, and safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proven leadership and team coordination experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and project timelines
- Strong communication and organizational skills required
- Ability to follow all safety regulations and job site procedures
As a Construction Lead, your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee construction projects from planning through completion
- Manage residential, commercial, and/or industrial building projects
- Supervise and coordinate construction crews and daily job site activity
- Delegate tasks and ensure efficient workflow across teams
- Train and mentor skilled and unskilled laborers
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building codes
- Conduct quality inspections and address any issues on site
- Communicate project progress, needs, and challenges to management
- Manage materials, supplies, and equipment usage on job sites
- Support scheduling, planning, and overall project execution
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
