Warehouse Coordinator

Ensure all equipment is stocked and delivered to its required designation, and to ensure coordination between office and field personnel to maintain organization within the warehouse. This position exercises discretion and independent judgement with respect to matters of significance. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Assist manager with daily tasks. Load and unload trucks. Control the inventory. Keep warehouse clean, accessible, and organized. Manage tool and supply requisitions. Ensure excellent communication and customer service between departments and other support functions as needed. Responsible for company delivery and vehicle/forklift operation. Deliver parts and equipment to job sites, move equipment between job sites, and haul off demolition equipment and trash. DIRECT REPORTS 0 - None JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience: Minimum 1 year in related Requires a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report. The noise in the work environment is often loud. Requires prompt, reliable, regular, and in-person attendance at the office to oversee shared services functions and/or employees, normally achieved by working standard business hours. Certain positions will require a flexibility of working hours to meet the demands of the job and the direction of the manager. Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds at times. Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the industrial facility.
