Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel Physical Therapist to join our team. The Physical Therapist will provide evaluation and treatment for patients while collaborating effectively with Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and physicians to deliver comprehensive care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Administer therapeutic interventions to promote patient mobility and functional improvement.
• Collaborate with team members for integrated patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Physical Therapist license.
• Preferred: Outpatient clinic experience and neurological patient experience.
