Sales Support Representative

Responsibilities Work with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions. Ensure delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders. Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers. Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions. Effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system. Qualifications 0‑3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred. Experience in plumbing or other trades is a plus. Prior experience with Salesforce and Genesis phone systems preferred. Strong sales skills including upsell ability. Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making timely decisions. Ability to react well in a fast‑paced environment and follow through on commitments. Highly motivated, customer‑service oriented, able to build relationships is a plus. General digital literacy, including Microsoft Office. Quickly learn product knowledge and processes. Pre‑employment drug and background screening required. Pay Range $18.71–$29.92 per hour.
