Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
• Meet or exceed a productivity standard of 85%
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of North Dakota or eligibility to obtain
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred or required per facility standards
• Ability to start in December
• Ability to meet an expected 36 hours per week

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
• Strong time management skills with the ability to maintain productivity benchmarks
• Experience working with a diverse patient population across various diagnoses
