Travel RN - Cardiac Telemetry

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiac Telemetry position requiring Epic EMR proficiency and post-surgical cardiovascular patient care experience, with night shift scheduling. Requirements Active SC RN license or compact RN license currently in hand Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required Minimum 1 year of recent Cardiac Telemetry unit experience required; first-time travelers must have at least 3 years of specialty experience Minimum 1 year of Epic EMR experience required Experience with cardiac drips and insulin drips required Experience with post-surgical cardiovascular patients required Must be able to pass an EKG exam prior to start Driver's license and Social Security Number required for consideration Responsibilities 13-week contract at an acute care hospital in Greenville, SC Cardiac Telemetry unit caring for patients with diagnoses including CAD S/P CABG, cardiac valve repair, lung cancer S/P VATS, and esophageal cancer Includes post-surgical cardiovascular patient care Schedule: 3x12-hour night shifts (19:00–07:30) Every other weekend required, though scheduling may adjust based on unit need Floating to other Prisma Health units and/or campuses may be required based on census; travelers will only float to units for which competencies have been demonstrated Omnicell medication dispensing system in use Epic EMR in use; 1 year of experience required Two professional references are required for consideration Night shift Cardiac Telemetry travelers must reside at least 50 miles from the contracted campus to be eligible; candidates under 50 miles are not eligible Candidates residing 100+ miles from all Prisma Health facilities are eligible at the standard travel rate Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts #J-18808-Ljbffr American Traveler
