Location: Kalamazoo, MI Job Type: Full-Time Setting: Outpatient Rehabilitation

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one physical therapy without double-booking.
• Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and evidence-based interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with PT, OT, and SLP professionals.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current and unrestricted Michigan PT license or eligibility.
• 1+ year of PT experience preferred.
• New graduates welcome based on willingness to learn.
• Orthopedic experience preferred.
• McKenzie and manual therapy experience is a strong plus.

Schedule

• Full-Time | Day Shift
• Clinic hours: 7:00 AM-6:00 PM
• Monday-Friday
• No weekends, on-call, or shift differential
• Expected start: 2-3 weeks
