In this role, you will provide critical support to our sales team by preparing quotes, assisting with project management activities, maintaining pricing information, and helping deliver exceptional service to customers. This position plays an important role in helping drive profitable growth while ensuring a positive customer experience.If you enjoy working with data, collaborating with sales professionals, building customer relationships, and managing multiple priorities, we encourage you to apply.What You'll DoSupport the district sales team with project management, quoting, and customer service activitiesPrepare customer quotations and cost estimatesAssist with pricing analysis and margin reviewsTrack and maintain sales opportunities and quotation pipelinesUpdate project win and loss information and other sales performance metricsPrepare bid documents and submittals for city, county, and commercial projectsMaintain pricing sheets and sales support documentationProvide forecasting information and reporting to managementServe as a point of contact for customers and prospects as neededSupport customer service and sales operations during periods of high demandCollaborate with regional sales managers, engineers, operations teams, and customer service representativesParticipate in cross training and continuous improvement initiativesComplete other duties as assignedQualificationsWhat We're Looking ForAssociate degree in business, sales, marketing, construction management, or a related field preferredSales support, customer service, inside sales, estimating, quoting, or project coordination experience preferredStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and relationship building skillsAbility to analyze data and make sound business recommendationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyProficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and TeamsExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP/CRM systems is a plusAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast paced environmentStrong problem solving and customer service skillsWhy Join Prinsco?Prinsco is a leader in water management solutions and has been helping communities manage water for generations.
