Senior Product Manager, Agentic AI & Trust Security

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We need at least 3 years of experience in product management or product delivery within a software development environment
• We expect knowledge of the product development lifecycle, including discovery, requirements definition, and delivery
• We want experience defining and managing product lifecycle activities from concept through production release
• We need experience translating needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• We expect familiarity with agile delivery and issue-tracking tools such as Jira, Figma, or similar platforms
• We need the ability to analyze product and delivery metrics to guide prioritization and ongoing improvement
• We want experience partnering with engineering and product stakeholders to manage dependencies and delivery risks
• We expect experience supporting product demonstrations for stakeholder alignment and decision-making
• We value domain knowledge in authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management
• Preferred: hands-on experience with OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect
• Preferred: experience with conversational AI interactions and agentic AI solutions
• Preferred: experience with public APIs and dynamic or risk-based assessment approaches
• Preferred: experience working on API-based products
• Preferred: AWS certification or equivalent cloud credentials

• We partner with the Product Manager to identify product opportunities through user research, discovery, and customer feedback
• We assess upstream and downstream impacts of new features on the end-to-end product experience
• We support journey mapping, market analysis, and discovery activities to shape the product roadmap
• We analyze and monitor product and delivery metrics across time, cost, quality, and outcomes throughout the development lifecycle
• We write clear requirements, epics, and user stories to support effective build and delivery
• We facilitate technical and non-technical discussions with cross-functional delivery teams to implement features
• We partner with quality assurance teams on end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing, and post-release validation
• We drive prioritization and problem-solving across teams, balancing speed, scalability, quality, and business readiness
• We promote consistent practices for product management, product development, release management, and user support
