Position Overview Location: Anaheim, CA (Onsite) Shift: Monday-Friday Pay: $85,000 - $95,000, per year The Manufacturing Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of production technicians in mechanical assembly and testing operations. This role drives operational success through effective workforce management, process optimization, quality assurance, and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations. What You’ll Do Execute strategic priorities with a problem-solving mindset and a focus on efficiency. Lead your team to meet and exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly delivery targets. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through problem-solving and process optimization. Drive performance in safety, quality, delivery, and cost while ensuring compliance with SOPs and QMS. Investigate and resolve process deviations, implementing corrective actions to enhance efficiency. Develop and execute a skills training plan, ensuring your team remains at the forefront of industry standards. Provide coaching and leadership development for team leads, empowering them to succeed. Build a collaborative, high-performance culture that puts the customer first. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, OR 6+ years of industry experience in lieu of a degree. 2+ years in the aerospace industry with a strong understanding of technical and operational processes. 1+ year of leadership experience, with proven ability to manage and develop teams. Expertise in problem-solving methodologies and operational efficiency. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster team collaboration and accountability.
