Lemonline Logistics is hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for our expanding reefer (temperature-controlled) fleet. Haul high-priority perishables (produce, pharmaceuticals, etc.) in dedicated/predictable lanes with better-than-average home time, premium Volvo equipment, and choose-your-pay flexibility to maximize your earnings.

Competitive Weekly Earnings$1,500–$2,500+ per week average (realistic based on performance, bonuses, accessorials, market and Driver needs.
Flexible Base Pay Options — Choose what maximizes YOUR take-home:
Mileage Pay (CPM on TOTAL miles driven): Steady 65–75 CPM for all miles (loaded + empty/deadhead) — paid for every mile dispatched, plus detention, layover, accessorials, performance. More predictable, no losses on repositioning.
Percentage Pay — Strong share of truck/load revenue (e.g., 25–30%+ of linehaul/gross on high-rate reefer freight) — upside on premium loads.
Switching options available — all-miles stability or market potential.
Exceptional, Predictable Home Time — Family-focused schedule: Only out 1 weekend per month (home for the other 3 most months). Typical runs 4.5–5.5 days out with reliable resets; occasional runs extend to 11–12 days when a weekend falls on the road to maintain the overall pattern. Expect consistent home resets designed for real family balance.

Your Responsibilities:
- Safely transport reefer loads nationwide (monitor temperatures, ensure cold chain compliance)
- Pre/post-trip inspections, accurate ELD/HOS logs, full DOT/FMCSA compliance
- On-time deliveries in varying conditions while prioritizing safety

Minimum Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- 1–2+ years recent OTR experience (reefer preferred; strong dry van considered with training)
- Clean MVR (no major violations in last 3 years)
- Pass DOT physical, drug screen, & background check
- 21+ years old
- No current SAP status
