Craftsman / Remodeler NeededWe are looking for an experienced Craftsman / Remodeler to join our team. We are a family run, locally operated business with about 25 employees. We do a wide variety of residential repair, remodeling, and improvement work throughout Maricopa County, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, communicates well, and shows up ready to get the job done.Pay: $25–$40 per hour, depending on experience and skill levelRequirements:Valid driver's licenseCurrent auto insuranceOwn toolsReliable truck, van, or SUVClean criminal history - No recent felony'sMust be located in Maricopa CountyMust be dependable, professional, and able to work well with customers and our teamIdeal experience includes:Drywall repair / hang / tape / textureStucco work (if you can do synthetic stucco its a plus)PaintingTrim / doors / baseboardsPlumbingElectricalTile (floors and showers)Cabinet install / repairGeneral punch list and remodel workBathroom and kitchen remodel experience is a plusWe are looking for someone who:Cares about the quality of their workCan work efficiently without being babysatCommunicates clearly and professionallyUnderstands how to treat customers and homes with respectWants consistent work with a strong local company
