Payroll Business Analyst

To support a large-scale payroll transformation initiative, the full-time Payroll Business Analyst will focus on pay frequency harmonization, payroll configuration, requirements gathering, testing, and implementation support while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and support payroll harmonization efforts across multiple business units and employee populations Gather, document, and analyze business and functional payroll requirements Partner with Payroll, HR, IT, Finance, and Project Management teams to identify process improvements and system solutions Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Payroll, HRIS, or HCM initiatives Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes and pay cycle administration Experience leading or supporting pay frequency harmonization initiatives Demonstrated experience with payroll configuration, requirements gathering, and test execution Advanced Excel and data validation experience
