Job Description Job Description Position Summary: Assembler/Production Worker: As an Assembler/Production Worker, you will assemble and prepare products for printing jobs, operate machinery and equipment, perform quality checks, troubleshoot minor issues, and maintain a clean work area. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a production or assembly role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial printing environment. Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities: Assembler/Production Worker: Assemble and prepare products for printing jobs, following established procedures and quality standards. Operate machinery and equipment related to the production process, ensuring efficient and accurate printing. Load and unload materials, components, and finished products onto machinery and conveyors. Perform quality checks throughout production to ensure adherence to specifications and customer requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues or faults in machinery or equipment, escalating larger problems to the appropriate personnel. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and company policies. Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and customer demands. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production efficiency and address any challenges that may arise. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by providing suggestions and participating in process enhancement initiatives. Qualifications: Assembler/Production Worker: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in production or assembly, preferably in a manufacturing or printing environment. Familiarity with operating machinery and equipment related to printing or production is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards. Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Basic computer skills and proficiency in using production software and systems. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods. Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting production targets.
