Sales Marketing Assistant

The Opportunity We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands‑on experience in customer engagement, sales, and brand promotions. No previous experience is required, as full training is provided. We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working with people, and is available to start as soon as possible. What You'll Do Customer Engagement & Brand Promotion Represent client brands at live events, promotional campaigns, and community activations Engage with customers through professional, face-to-face interactions Present products and services clearly while answering customer questions Help customers complete registrations, sign-ups, or purchases where appropriate Deliver a positive and engaging customer experience Training & Development Receive comprehensive training on client campaigns and products Learn effective customer communication and engagement techniques Build confidence in presenting information and interacting with customers Develop practical skills in sales, marketing, and customer service Work closely with colleagues to support daily campaign objectives Assist with campaign setup, reporting, and general event activities Contribute to a positive, energetic, and team-focused environment Record campaign activity and customer feedback accurately Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Can reliably commute to Coral Gables each morning Enjoys meeting and speaking with new people Is comfortable working in a customer-facing environment Has a positive attitude and strong communication skills Is dependable, motivated, and willing to learn Works well independently and as part of a team Applicants from customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, events, administration, warehouse, recent graduates, and career changers are all encouraged to apply.
