Job Summary:

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare , you will have the opportunity to provide companionship, emotional support, and daily living assistance to individuals in their own homes. Our team is dedicated to providing the best care possible, and we believe that our caregivers are the key to achieving this goal.

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

• Assist with daily living tasks such as meals, light housekeeping, and personal care

• Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management

• Help clients maintain independence and dignity

• Build trust with clients and families

• Be punctual and provide reliable care

What We Offer:

• $18-$22/hour (based on experience)

• Mileage reimbursement

Requirements:

• 18 years or older

• Pass background check

• Reliable transportation

• Be dependable and professional

• Must be willing to work in the Livermore, Tracy, and Modesto areas

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and insured car

• Caregiving experience (professional, family, HHA, CNA, or medical assistant)

• Experience with seniors or special needs

• Valid BLS CPR Card

• Bilingual is a plus

• Strong communication skills

• Be compassionate and adaptable

• Team-oriented and positive
