This hybrid role blends clinical care with hands-on rehabilitation, patient education, and support in our functional medicine clinic.\n\n What You'll Do\n\n Perform initial consultations with new patients and guide them through their care journey\n Attend daily team huddles to stay aligned with the care team\n Ensure completion of all required patient paperwork and onboarding\n Conduct expanded health questionnaires and review medical history updates\n Document patient progress clearly and accurately, including referrals\n Provide one-on-one patient care and support\n Perform clinical tasks including injections, blood drawings, sample collection, and preparation for lab testing\n Assist patients through prescribed rehab exercises and functional movement therapies\n Assist with scheduling, patient agreements, and treatment plan coordination\n Apply and explain in-office treatments (e.g., braces, electrical stimulation, decompression therapy, etc.)\n Maintain smooth patient flow and clinical room organization\n Maintain the consultation room, rehab room, and treatment areas—clean, organized, stocked and ready\n Encourage and motivate patients in their healing journey\n Support inventory tracking and restocking of supplies\n Collect testimonials and success stories when appropriate\n Attend occasional training sessions or local events\n\n\n✅ What You Bring\n\n Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) license – required\n Minimum 1 year experience as a medical assistant\n Strong communication skills and a heart for service\n Comfortable demonstrating exercises and working with patients hands-on\n Team player with strong communication skills and patient-centered outlook\n Organized, reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented\n Comfortable with computers and clinical documentation (EMR/charting experience a plus)\n\n\n Physical Requirements\n\n Frequent walking, standing, bending, and movement\n Ability to lift/move up to 20 lbs\n Comfortable assisting patients with mobility or physical exercises\n Must be able to talk, hear, and see clearly in a clinical environment\n\n\n What We Offer\n\n Competitive pay\n Paid birthday off\n Paid time off + paid sick time (after 90 days)\n Parental leave (after 90 days)\n Health, dental, vision, and life insurance\n 401(k) + matching\n Continuing education + paid training\n On-the-job mentorship\n Employee discounts\n Positive, team-focused culture centered on patient success\n\n\n About Us\nAt Elevate Medical, we provide exceptional, non-invasive care that focuses on Total Health and Performance.
