The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to communicate effectively in all media including face to face, phone, text, email and video. Responsibilities:

• Provide an exceptional experience to all shoppers in person and online.
• Assist customers in choosing products that suit their needs based on their preferences not what's best for your wallet.
• Send communications in a variety of ways such as phone, text, email and video to current and potential customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and lot.
• Use apps, AI and various forms of electronic technology to organize your day and give the best customer experience possible.
• Seek out and develop customer networks throughout the local community and social media.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• A strong desire to work with people
• Familiarity with computers, cell phones and internet based applications
• Aggressive personality with high energy
• Positive attitude with a track record of success
