Registered Nurse (RN) - Full Time Midnight Shift The Orchards at Armada , located in Armada, Michigan , is committed to providing compassionate and professional care to our residents, and we're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our midnight shift team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Your expertise and attention to detail will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and well‑being of our residents. Below are some of the key responsibilities and qualifications for this role: Responsibilities: Provides nursing care to patients as assigned Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned Reinforce supports and provides health care instructions to patients and their families Participates with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities Assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms and general condition to the appropriate individual(s) Records on patient charts observation of patient's responses to nursing care rendered Maintains environmental conditions conducive to the comfort and safety of patients Assists with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned Qualifications and Skills: LPN Licensure: 1 year (Preferred) About Us: The Orchards of Michigan is committed to providing compassionate and professional care to our residents, and we're dedicated to creating a warm and welcoming environment.
