Experienced Warehouse Associates - Day Shift

Position Details Start Pay: $18 – $20 per hour, depending on role. Schedule: Sunday – Thursday. MUST HAVE ELECTRIC PALLET JACK & STAND‑UP REACH TRUCK EXPERIENCE. Position Purpose The Warehouse Person moves and tracks all inbound, outbound, and stored products within the warehouse. Offloads, stocks, selects, and replenishes products. Responsibilities Receives all inbound merchandise and locates the proper pick location. Restocks order pick and flow lines to prepare the warehouse for order selection. Ensures placement of product in sufficient quantities to accommodate routine or special demands. Maintains a high level of attention to detail by ensuring proper attention to all areas, including balers, aisles, racking, floors, door pits, and other areas as assigned. Transfers merchandise from the receiving area to its appropriate location; consolidates merchandise into picking containers as necessary. Packs products securely in cartons and totes; ensures application of shipping ID and marks cartons/totes with truck run and stop number. Ensures safe and efficient movement and tracking of inbound, outbound, and stored products within the warehouse. Maintains inventory integrity by adhering to system processes. Pulls orders according to sequencing on the delivery route/run list. Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed.Performs end‑of‑shift tasks such as charging power equipment and verifying completed work. Maintains orderly workstation; returns supplies and merchandise to assigned locations. Follows all preferred work methods, safety policies, and procedures per company guidelines. Ensures the work area is safe and reports any unsafe conditions or acts immediately. Performs other related duties as assigned. Benefits Click Here for Benefits Information Qualifications High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience. 6+ months of warehouse/Stocking experience. 6+ months of electric pallet jack AND Stand up reach truck experience. Must be able to work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for the position. Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift. Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves and replenish product from various heights weighing between 10‑35 pounds and generally up to approximately 60‑90 pounds, depending on location, throughout shift. Able to work in multi‑temperature environments (cooler, freezer, and dry). Able to obtain certifications for powered equipment, such as Forklift operation. Preferred qualifications 1+ years of warehouse and/or distribution work experience. 1+ year of electric pallet jack & stand up reach truck experience. RF Scanner experience. Foodservice distribution or related industry experience.
