Summary:
We are building our Banditos Team and are currently searching for an energetic and reliable Dishwasher to staff the kitchen. At Banditos we make investments in our staff. We know that if our staff is happy, they will always ensure guest satisfaction, which will create return customers, which will produce profits. We always put people before profits.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

• Cleaning dishes and any equipment that maintains Banditos standard of excellence 
• Maintaining all equipment to the highest standards 
• Punctuality and precision in the kitchen 
• Daily cleaning tasks throughout the restaurant 
• Follow all health guidelines regarding cleaning and storing dishes 

Required Skills/Abilities:  

• Must have a passion for the restaurant industry 
• Desire to excel beyond being just a dishwasher 
• Positive attitude 
• Motivated to work within a team environment 
• Hold your teammates accountable for high standards 
• Reliable transportation 
• 1 year experience in a high volume, fast paced kitchen 

Physical Requirements:  

• Prolonged periods of standing and moving around restaurant at a fast pace 
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. 
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the restaurant’s facilities.
