Dispatcher Tri-State Water, Power & Air is seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to support our Sales and Marketing teams. In this fast-paced role, you'll coordinate field reps across nine states, ensuring efficient routing, clear communication, and real-time support. Quick thinking, multitasking, and top-tier customer service are essential. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and want to grow with a company that's built to last, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Coordinate and route 25-35 sales reps daily across multiple states Support Sales and Marketing teams as a communication hub Track and report production metrics Maintain accurate data in spreadsheets and CRM systems Handle inbound calls and inquiries professionally Work closely with dispatch team to improve workflows What We're Looking For At least 1 year of dispatching experience in Home Services or Sales Dispatch Strong map-reading and routing skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms Accurate typing and data entry Highly organized with the ability to multitask Flexible availability, including afterhours as needed Why Tri-State?
