Job Overview The Executive Compensation Analyst supports the administration and execution of executive compensation programs through the preparation of reports, analysis of compensation data, and completion of recurring administrative processes. This role is responsible for responding to internal reporting requests, maintaining data accuracy, executing standard work processes, and providing analytical support for compensation reviews and market benchmarking activities. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Excel, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Responsibilities Prepare and distributerecurring andad hoc compensationreports. Maintain compensation databases, trackers, and reportingtools with accuratedata. Conduct quality assurancechecks to identifyand resolve datadiscrepancies. Execute compensation processesin line withestablished proceduresand governance. Support annual compensationcycles through datacollection, reporting, and coordination. Maintain documentation andrecords for complianceand audit requirements. Analyze compensation datato evaluate internalpay alignment andmarket competitiveness. Validate, reconcile, andsummarize compensationdata to providetrends and insightsfor decision-making. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Core Competencies Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements Remote- US Pay Range: The pay range for this role is $55,000-$75,000.
