Job Summary
The Human Resources Specialist provides operational and compliance support for the HR department's daily functions. This position focuses on maintaining accurate personnel records, supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, assisting with employee benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and organizational workforce documentation requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintains employee personnel files in compliance with applicable federal, state, accreditation, and organizational requirements, ensuring required employment documentation is complete and current.
- Processes Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) for employee status changes (hiring, promotion, transfer, termination) in the Payroll System, ensuring proper approvals and documentation.
