We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team in Chantilly, VA. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing drywall installation projects of varying scale and complexity. From initial planning through project completion, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget, while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of drywall installation projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports to track project milestones and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage project budgets and expenses, monitor costs, and implement cost-saving measures as needed.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and construction crews to ensure work is completed according to specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess work progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for all project personnel.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred). Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the drywall industry. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple drywall installation projects from start to finish. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams to achieve project goals and objectives. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Knowledge of construction industry regulations, codes, and standards. PMP certification (preferred).
