TravelNurseSource is working with Malone Healthcare to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Thiensville, Wisconsin, 53097!
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical unit following established clinical protocols
Monitor and interpret telemetry readings as part of ongoing patient assessment
Document patient care accurately and efficiently using
EPIC
Perform NIH Stroke Scale assessments as required
Float within skill set to other units or to facilities within the surrounding area as needed
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 2 years of Medical/Surgical experience
Ability to read and interpret telemetry
NIH Stroke Scale certification
Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
No artificial or acrylic nails; nails must be kept short (under 1/4 inch)
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel nursing experience
Comfort with floating to various units or nearby facilities within skill set
