This position offers a flat hourly rate while on call, plus an additional hourly rate for any shifts you are sent out to work. Responsibilities: Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and toileting Provide mobility assistance and ensure a safe home environment Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation Monitor client condition and report changes to supervisors Follow client-specific care plans and documentation procedures Transport clients when necessary Comfortable working with pets Requirements: Current HHA/STNA certification required Minimum of 1 year of experience in home care or related field Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Reliable, professional, and able to work independently Hoyer lift experience is a plus Must be able to assist with client transfers Compensation and Benefits: Weekly pay with direct deposit Health, dental, and vision insurance options Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Flexible work schedules Referral bonus program Access to same-day pay (via Zayzoom) Additional benefits available for full-time employees How to Apply: Candidates meeting the qualifications are encouraged to apply online.
