Professional Staff Nurse Ortho/Med Surg

UPMC seeks a Professional Staff Nurse for our Ortho/Med Surg unit at UPMC Community Osteopathic. In this role, you will deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to adult orthopedic and medical-surgical patients, from admission through discharge. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, care planning, medication administration, wound and post-operative management, and vigilant monitoring of patient status. You will educate patients and families, coordinate transitions of care, and collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
