Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to support a multi-modality role across home health, outpatient, and acute care settings . The OT will provide therapy services at various area facilities within a 60-mile radius , including in-home health visits.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, Day Shift
• Preferred schedule: 8-hour shifts
• Alternative schedule: 4x10 shifts may be considered

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services across multiple care settings, including:
  • Home Health
  • Outpatient
  • Acute Care
• Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of conditions and functional needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Support patient recovery, mobility, independence, and quality of life

Required Experience:

• Strong general OT experience
• Must have outpatient experience
• Experience with a variety of patient populations, including:
  • Post-operative care
  • Sports injuries
  • Geriatrics
• Prefer candidates with both outpatient and inpatient/acute care experience

Ideal Candidate:

• Adaptable therapist comfortable working across multiple settings
• Strong clinical background with the ability to manage diverse patient needs
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills

Travel Requirement:

• Must be willing to travel between assigned facilities within a 60-mile radius , including home health visits.
