PT Customization Specialist - Converse Lovejoy

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $21.50 to $27.95. Actual pay rate will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

Hours: Part Time – 25 hours per week, including nights, weekends & holidays

As a Customization Associate, you will be an ambassador for Converse customization and Brand. You will achieve this through the delivery of premium service and by creating a unique, personal and customized experience for consumers. You will be helping customers to design their own sneakers, tees, hoodies, bags, notebooks and other customized products.

Service customers by identifying their personalization needs, scheduling design appointments, following-up on orders and general clientele management. Create loyal customers through commitment to service and product knowledge

Qualifications:

• Proficient in applying computer software programs, including Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Ability to successfully help consumers translate their design vision into outstanding customized products!

• Ability to understand the customer's needs with knowledge of style, product, design, and current trends.

• Superb communication of complicated topics to a diverse audience and positive customer service skills when handing support issues and communicating to non-technical audiences.
