Immigration Attorney

Full-time, on-site role advising clients and handling petitions, waivers, and deportation cases. We are seeking an Immigration Attorney for a full-time, on-site position based in Farmington Hills, MI. The Immigration Attorney will provide legal counsel and representation to clients on matters related to immigration law, prepare and file applications and petitions, and manage complex cases such as deportation proceedings. This role requires collaboration with clients, research of legal precedents, drafting legal documents, and helping businesses and individuals navigate different visa and green card processes. The attorney will also ensure compliance with applicable U.S. immigration laws and regulations. Compensation is negotiable based on demonstrated skills and experience. Qualifications Two years of experience with Immigration Law, including legal processes, policies, and regulations Experience handling a variety of Immigration Issues, including deportation cases, asylum petitions, and 601 waiver applications Expertise with Visas and Green Card applications, including family-based, employment-based, and non-immigrant visas Strong skills in legal research and addressing complex Immigration and Legal Issues Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively articulate complex legal matters to clients Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active licensure to practice law in at least one U.S. state Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a significant advantage Ability to work both independently and in teams Benefits Health insurance.
