We offer flexible part-time and full-time schedules , including:

Day Shifts
• 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
• 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
• 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Morning Shifts
• 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
• 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
• 10:00 am – 2:00 pm

Overnight Shifts
• 7:00 pm – 7:00 am
• 8:00 pm – 8:00 am

Extended Shifts
• 7:00 am – 7:00 pm
• 8:00 am – 8:00 pm

Afternoon / Evening Shifts
• 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
• 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm
• 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm
• 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm
• 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm
• 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm

As a caregiver, you will:

• Provide companionship, conversation, activities, and emotional support

• Assist with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility

• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping, errands, and transportation

• Provide medication reminders and maintain daily care documentation

• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, Parkinson’s, and hospice needs

• Safely operate assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts, gait belts, transfer boards, and wheelchairs

• $18–$22 per hour , paid biweekly via direct deposit

• 5 sick days + holiday pay

• Referral bonuses, caregiver-of-the-month rewards, and other incentives

• Hands-on training in our Center of Excellence with a mock-home environment

• 6 months of structured monthly online training (dementia, hospice, chronic conditions, and more)

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance

• Prior caregiving experience (professional or personal) is a plus but not required

• Physically able to assist with transfers and mobility (push/pull up to 50 lbs and lift up to 30 lbs)

• Strong communication and documentation skills (writing and in-app)

• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

• CNA, HHA, or similar certifications preferred (not required)

• Willing to work flexible shifts, including some weekends

• Must be at least 18 years old

• High school diploma or GED required
