Vice President of Accounting (CPA Required)Berman Auto Group is seeking an experienced and driven Vice President of Accounting to work directly alongside the Chief Financial Officer in supporting the financial strategy, operational performance, and long-term growth of the Berman organization.The VP of Accounting will serve as a key contributor in financial planning, reporting, operational analysis, and strategic decision-making across the organization.Compensation: $125,000 – $175,000 annually (based on experience, credentials, and industry background)Location: 3456 N. Kedzie Ave. Chicago, IL. This is an in-person position. Remote candidates will not be considered.ResponsibilitiesPartner directly with the CFO on financial strategy, planning, and organizational growth initiativesAssist in overseeing financial operations across the corporate automotive divisionLead and support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow managementMonitor liquidity, working capital, and overall financial performance to optimize organizational resourcesAnalyze financial data and operational trends to support executive decision-makingHelp develop and improve financial controls, reporting processes, and operational efficienciesCollaborate with dealership leadership to drive accountability and performanceQualificationsActive CPA license requiredStrong background in financial management and accounting leadershipExperience in automotive retail is preferred, but not required.
