Whether you’re a recent graduate or an experienced professional, Sazerac provides extraordinary opportunities for growth with competitive salaries and benefits in an exciting, entrepreneurial industry.Job Description/ResponsibilitiesThe On Premise Regional Manager will manage local on premise chain accounts and build distributor relationships by developing and driving joint business plans in order to maximize Sazerac volume, distribution and share, while developing solutions to capitalize on growth opportunities.Main responsibilities include: wholesaler management, joint business plans, pricing, programming, field training and managing local on premise chain accounts.Develop relationships with local on premise chains and establish a Joint Business Plan to achieve distribution and implementation of key brands.Lead KPI development with distributors to accelerate volume, distribution, and growth of overall share in each account. Implement annual programming within their respective distribution.Ensure all pricing is consistent with brand strategies throughout the state. Recommend price changes or specific programming needs.Facilitate necessary trainings to ensure distribution team is focused and knowledgeable on our products.Provide outlet and state level intelligence to State Manager and Division Manager, to include brand information and emerging consumer behavior and consumption patterns.Communicate with local on premise chains and distributors and lead best in class compliance to expected timelines.Qualifications/Requirements*Job responsibilities may vary by state depending on regulatory and compliance standards for the state.MUST HAVE:Bachelor's DegreeExperience developing customer and distributor relationshipsAbility to drive results in a complex, high-growth companyExcellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsStrong planning and organizational skillsWorking knowledge of MS OfficeMinimum 2 years' sales on premise experience in CPG or adult beverage industryMinimum 2 years’ experience in Distributor Management and/or Key Accounts with a proven track record of successAbility and willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends)A valid driver's licenseAbility to travel up to 50%Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 25 pounds without assistancePREFERRED:Regional or National account experience at the HQ/buyer levelMarket development and sales analysis experienceSalary range - $87,000 - $131,000 Placement within the salary range is calculated based upon years of directly relatable experience for the position.The salary range refers to base salary only and does not include car allowance, annual bonus, fuel or cell phone reimbursement#LI-MJ#Job Summary# of Openings: 1Job Locations: US-LA-Lafayette | US-LA-Baton RougeCategory: SalesType: Regular Full-Time
