Accounts Receivable/Data Entry Assistant KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a company in Belmont, NH that is looking to add an Accounts Receivable/Data Entry Assistant to their team. This is a fully onsite role supporting the AR Manager during their busy season. Location Belmont, New Hampshire Pay $20.00 to $25.00 per hour (DOE) and up to $22-$25/hour DOE. Responsibilities Enter invoice data accurately and efficiently Assist with credit applications and related documentation Follow up with credit references Support AR and billing‑related administrative tasks Assist with work related to a newly acquired company Maintain organized and accurate customer/account information Qualifications Prior administrative, accounting, AR, billing, or data entry experience preferred Recent graduates are encouraged to apply Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working in Excel Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment How to Apply For immediate consideration, please submit an updated copy of your resume in Word format to Gerard Auclair at View email address on click.appcast.io. #J-18808-Ljbffr
