Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Location: Burlingame, CA Status: Full‑Time Schedule: 4/2 Shift – All shifts Pay: $40.00 – $44.00 per hour (based on experience) Responsibilities Deliver personalized nursing services tailored to each resident’s recovery milestones. Exercise advanced critical thinking to make independent decisions that directly improve patient outcomes. Manage precise clinical documentation and serve as a primary liaison between families and the interdisciplinary medical team. Execute physician orders and complex clinical instructions with total accuracy and attention to detail. Act as a reliable, experienced anchor for residents and a resource for the nursing team during the AM shift. Qualifications Must possess an active, valid California LVN license. Minimum of 2 years of skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience, preferably in geriatric, post‑acute, or rehabilitative care. We are an equal‑opportunity employer.
