The Housekeeping Supervisor (age 18+) is responsible for managing the daily operations of our housekeeping department. This is a SEASONAL , full‑time position and reports to the Office Manager. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Clean cabins, restrooms, and other areas Inspect cabins and other facilities to ensure cleaning standards are met Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment Maintain SDS and inventory for all chemicals Complete required reports on a timely basis Schedule staff, monitor payroll and maintain compliance with labor budget Participate in the recruitment process and selection of talent for the department Collaborate with park and home office departments Serve as the park’s Manager on Duty on a rotating basis Coordinate and oversee various projects from start to finish Respond to guest inquiries using the company’s service recovery guidelines Utilize and learn reservation system for daily planning Participate in other projects and activities as assigned EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE Housekeeping experience required Experience in customer service, hospitality, and management preferred QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS Basic computer skills Strong organizational, motivational, and leadership skills Excellent communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills Strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment Strong work ethic and a positive attitude Required to work nights, weekends, and holidays Work with minimal supervision Maintain a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, coworkers, and management ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS Able to lift up to 50 lbs Must be able to remain in a stationary position Regularly move throughout the park Continuously climb, balance, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and crawl Able to manipulate fingers, hands, and arms to reach, carry, lift, etc. Constant exposure to outside weather conditions Northgate provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
