Our certified nursing assistants work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide personalized care to our patients, and we're seeking compassionate and skilled individuals like you to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide vital signs and monitor patient conditions
- Assist with transferring patients, using proper lifting techniques
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continually improve patient care
Requirements:
- Currently certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Texas
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach
