The Early Childhood Teacher will nurture the growth and development of infants, toddlers, and preschoolers through engaging, age-appropriate activities. This role emphasizes classroom management, parent communication, and close monitoring of child development across mixed-age groups. The teacher collaborates closely with staff to ensure a supportive and creative learning environment, occasionally participating in extracurricular activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s progress and needs
- Monitor and document child development milestones for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
- Coordinate and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Collaborate with fellow staff to enhance educational programs and resolve classroom challenges
- Participate occasionally in extracurricular activities supporting child development
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in early childhood education
- Knowledge of Early Childhood Education principles and Child Development
- Skilled in Lesson Planning and Classroom Management
- Strong Communication and Observation skills
- Demonstrated Patience, Creativity, and Teamwork
- Ability to manage conflict effectively
