Class A CDL Driver - Local Routes

Job Description

HOME EVERY DAY - LOCAL CDL CLASS A DRIVER - FULL BENEFITS PACKAGE

G.M Trucking is a Premier FedEx Line Hauler. We are looking for a licensed semi-driver who will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of freight. You will be tasked to move no-touch freight locally from terminal to terminal. No over-the-road routes ensure our drivers are home daily.

A Class A CDL driver's license is required. Successful candidates must have a clean driving and criminal record as well as pass a drug and alcohol test. We have a combination of automatic and manual trucks available.

CDL Driver Responsibilities:

All No-Touch Freight
Drop and hook only
Local stops - Home Daily
Evening Shift (approx 8pm - 5am)

CDL Driver Requirements:

Relevant CDL - Class A License
Clean Driving Record
6-month experience with approved schooling
OR 1 Year Tractor Trailer experience in the last 3 years
Experience operating similar vehicles for work purposes.
Comfortable using GPS equipment.
Ability to drive safely, irrespective of the weather or time of day.
Top-notch time management, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
