Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to formulate diagnostic impressions and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Collaborate with patients to create personalized care strategies, fostering empowerment and autonomy in their treatment journey.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation to support patients in achieving their mental health goals.

• Regularly monitor patient progress through in-person or virtual sessions, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary based on response to interventions.

• Assist in managing psychotropic medication adherence, paying close attention to side effects and patient feedback to optimize medication effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
