At Laconia Nursing Home, we take pride in our employees and our residents. We look for the best in staff members and ensure proper communication to continue our passionate and 5 Star legacy. We work closely with families and supply proper training for our staff members.
Our CNA shifts are 8 hours, with flexibility on schedules and shifts. We offer sign-on bonuses and shift diffs for each shift! We also ensure safe patient-to-staff ratios.
