Physical Therapist - Full Time

Physical Therapist Position

We're looking for a physical therapist to take on a full-time role with an outpatient clinic in Carrollton, GA. You will help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they are recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Georgia state PT license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience with outpatient orthopedic caseloads preferred. Cases commonly include shoulders, knees, hips, vestibular, and neuro.
• Experience using EMR systems. Experience with TurboPT is preferred but not required.

• Facility type: Outpatient clinics on the west side of the Atlanta metro area. Four clinics within 15–20 minutes of each other.
• Clinic size: Smaller settings for more direct patient interaction.
• Primary patient population: Orthopedics. Additional caseloads include neuro and vestibular. Minimal pediatrics at one location.
• Technology: EMR - TurboPT. No AI tools currently in use.
• Team culture: Positive, team-oriented, welcoming, and caring demeanor expected.
• Hiring needs at nearby clinics: Douglasville, Carrollton, Villa Rica (hiring PTs or PTAs).
