We look forward to hearing from you.Responsibilities:Perform Routine Maintenance: Must be adept at performing scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) tasks on a variety of construction equipment and trucks, both in the shop and field environments.Diagnose and Repair: Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, and drivetrain issues in diesel engines and heavy equipment.Conduct Inspections: Thoroughly inspect diesel engines and equipment to identify mechanical issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.Execute Repairs: Skillfully repair or replace faulty parts, components, or systems using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance activities conducted on diesel engines and heavy equipment.Qualifications:Tools: Must possess and maintain personal hand tools required for the job.Experience: Previous experience as a diesel mechanic is mandatory.Mechanical Aptitude: Demonstrated strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for diagnosing and repairing diesel engines and heavy equipment.Technical Skills: Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
